Global Afrobeats star Tiwa Savage has launched the Tiwa Savage Music Foundation, a non-profit organisation aimed at supporting aspiring artists across Africa.
The foundation aims to provide music education, mentorship and access to industry connections. Tiwa says the initiative is part of her commitment to giving back and investing in creative talent on the continent. The project is designed to expand opportunities for emerging artists, especially those from underrepresented communities.
The foundation’s flagship project, Berklee In Nigeria: Tiwa Savage Intensive Music Program, will be held in Lagos from April 23 to 26, 2026. The four-day course is in partnership with Berklee College of Music and will train 100 selected participants.
