The Lagos Governorship Election Petition Tribunal has upheld the election of Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu and Dr. Obafemi Hamzat.
The three-person tribunal dismissed the petition filed by the Peoples Democratic Party candidate, Olajide Adediran for lacking in merit.

The panel presided over by Justice Arum Ashom also dismissed the petition of the Labour Party (LP) candidate Gbadebo Rhodes-Vivour.
Justice Ashom who read the unanimous judgement late Monday held that the petition is devoid of merit.
