Nollywood actress Uche Montana has denied reports linking her to the alleged drug-related issues surrounding Regina Daniels and her husband, Senator Ned Nwoko. In a statement on Instagram on Monday, Montana refuted claims suggesting she interfered in Daniels’ rehabilitation process, emphasising she has no connection to the matter.

The denial follows Nwoko’s recent social media post, which named close friends and relatives of Daniels, including Montana and Sonia Uche, as allegedly disregarding doctors’ instructions and providing prohibited substances. The controversy escalates amid Daniels’ earlier public claim of domestic abuse, describing herself as a “slave” in her husband’s home. Nwoko has countered, asserting Daniels battled substance abuse and had assaulted household staff. Montana’s statement aims to clarify her position and preserve her personal peace.
