Super Eagles and Bayern Leverkusen striker, Victor Boniface, has been suspended for one game by the German Football Federation for anti-sporting conduct after Saturday’s game against Stuttgart.
After the match, which saw the German champions, Bayern Leverkusen win on penalties to lift the German Super Cup, the striker pointed his middle finger to Stuttgart players.
In addition to his suspension, the 23-year-old will also pay a fine of €23,000 for the misconduct.

Victor Boniface joined Bayern Leverkusen last summer and went on to score 14 goals, helping the team to win the Bundesliga title for the first time in history.
