Publicist and visibility strategist Kehinde Ajose has stirred debate after advising entertainer and blogger Tunde Ednut to undertake a major rebrand. In a recent opinion piece, Ajose acknowledged Ednut’s influence on social media but argued that his heavy reliance on Instagram leaves his brand exposed to long-term risks.
He suggested that repeated account suspensions have shown the fragility of Ednut’s current model, adding that a shift towards structured media entrepreneurship and diversified income streams would ensure greater sustainability. According to Mr. Ajose, without such changes, Tunde Ednut risks being overtaken by rivals in the fast-moving digital space.

The piece drew reactions from journalists and commentators, including Eniola Daniel, who agreed the advice was timely. Ednut, a former musician turned digital personality, commands millions of followers, but Ajose’s comments underline wider concerns over the future of influencer-led brands.
