Grammy award winning singer, Ayodeji Balogun, popularly known as Wizkid, has marked 10 years since the release of his hit single, Ojuelegba.
This song, which is a blend of Yoruba and English, has topped the charts and won numerous awards since its debut in September 2014.
The single featured on his sophomore album ‘Ayo’ and tells the hardships Wizkid faced as an up-and-coming artist on the streets of Ojuelegba in Lagos State.

The song which was produced by Legendury Beatz, the record producing and songwriting Oniko brothers, has recorded over 65 million views on YouTube, and drew international attention leading to a remix in 2015 by Drake and Skepta.
In celebration of this milestone, Spotify made a short video motivating Nigerians to actively pursue their dreams.
