Minister of Works, Mr. David Umahi, has urged civil servants to key into his agenda of providing quality infrastructure for the country.
He warned that no civil servant has the capacity to frustrate his efforts.
Mr Umahi cautioned that files should not spend more than two hours on the table of any official of the ministry, stressing that he is determined to instil discipline and hard work in the system.

While interacting with contractors and senior civil servants in the ministry, the Minster charged them to do things properly, noting that Nigerians are yearning for change and the government cannot afford to disappoint them.
He also urged contractors to review and redesign roads that will have concrete pavement, saying they are durable, irrevocable and are 50-years maintenance free.
