Zimbabwe captain Marshal Munetsi believes securing a place at the 2026 FIFA World Cup would be a greater achievement for his country than for Nigeria’s Super Eagles.
The Warriors are still searching for their first win in the qualifiers and face a crucial test against Nigeria in Uyo on Tuesday.

Their last meeting in November 2023 ended in a 1-1 draw, but Zimbabwe remain bottom of the standings with three points from five matches, while Nigeria sit fourth with six points.
Captain Munetsi said the Zimbabwean players are determined to make history as they push for a breakthrough on the road to 2026.
