Three Newly Elected Senators Sworn In

The Senate President, Godswill Akpabio, on Tuesday, presided over the swearing-in of three newly elected senators. 

The new Senators are Professor Anthony Okorie of the All Progressives Congress, representing Ebonyi South, Mustapha Musa, also of the All Progressives Congress, representing Yobe East Senatorial District, and Prince Pam Mwadkon of the Action Democratic Party, representing Plateau North District.

Their oaths of office were administered by the Clerk of the Senate, Mr. Chinedu Akubueze at about 11:41 am.

After their swearing-in, the new lawmakers were led to take their places in the red chamber.
