At least 22 Palestinians, including women and children, have been killed in Israeli air and drone attacks across Gaza, intensifying the humanitarian crisis in the besieged territory. The latest strikes on Monday morning targeted the Jabalia refugee camp in northern Gaza, where three people were killed instantly by a drone-fired missile. Local sources reported that the victims’ bodies remain on the street, inaccessible due to continued bombardment.
Jabalia has been under siege for 65 days, with thousands of residents denied access to food and water, leaving many facing starvation. In central Gaza, Al-Aqsa Hospital’s morgue is overwhelmed as bodies pile up following an airstrike on a residential building in the Bureij refugee camp. At least nine members of a single family, including women and children, were killed in the attack, according to reports.
In northern Gaza, the head of Kamal Adwan Hospital, Hussam Abu Safia, warned that the lives of over 100 patients are in jeopardy due to a power outage that has also cut off oxygen and water supplies. He stated that recent shelling and bombing had severely damaged the hospital’s infrastructure, exacerbating the dire situation.
