The Nigeria Labour Congress, NLC, has called on state governors to adopt Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) technology, highlighting its advantages in reducing transport costs.
Speaking in Lokoja during the commissioning of 10 CNG-powered buses for the North Central zone, NLC President Joe Ajaero urged state governments to collaborate with the union in expanding the availability of CNG vehicles. He stressed that such measures would alleviate the financial burden on workers struggling with high transport fares.
