The Nigeria Safety Investigation Bureau has urged transport regulators to enforce strict safety standards across all sectors following a rise in fatal boat accidents and other mishaps.
Speaking on a TV interview monitored by Radio Now’s Newsdesk, the NSIB’s Director of Transport Investigation, Abdullahi Babanya, warned that non-compliance threatens lives and undermines the efficiency of air, road, rail and maritime transport.
