Fulham manager Marco Silva says Nigerian winger Samuel Chukwueze could make his first appearance for the club in Tuesday’s Carabao Cup tie against Cambridge United.
The 26-year-old, on loan from AC Milan, has yet to feature since completing his move on deadline day. Silva told reporters that both Chukwueze and fellow signing Jonah Kusi-Asare may be handed opportunities as he rotates his squad for the fixture against the League Two side.

Chukwueze, who was on the bench in Fulham’s 3-1 win over Brentford, will be keen to impress after a difficult spell in Italy. The Nigerian international, who once shone at Villarreal, has struggled to replicate that form since joining Milan in 2023. His move to England now represents a chance to relaunch his career and prove his worth in the Premier League.
