Nigeria’s Victor Osimhen continued his remarkable scoring form on Sunday night as Galatasaray came from behind to defeat Goztepe 3–1 in the Turkish Super Lig at Rams Park.
The visitors struck first through Efkan Bekiroglu, but Osimhen levelled after 19 minutes, pouncing on a defensive lapse to round the goalkeeper and finish with composure.

Second-half goals from Gabriel Sara and Mauro Icardi completed the turnaround, sealing Galatasaray’s ninth win of the season and keeping them five points clear of Trabzonspor at the top of the table.
Osimhen’s strike, his sixth in nine matches this campaign, saw him equal the career tally of club legend Okan Buruk, who scored 43 goals in 306 appearances. On loan from Napoli, the Nigerian forward has now netted 43 times in just 50 appearances for the Istanbul giants.
