The Lagos Chamber of Commerce and Industry has urged exhibitors to use the 2025 Lagos International Trade Fair to showcase the best of Nigerian products to the world.
Chairman of the Chamber’s Trade Promotion Board, Prince Abimbola Olasowore, made the appeal in Lagos while receiving the organisers of the Eko Chocolate Show, International Cocoa Diplomacy, led by the Oloni of Eti-Oni, Oba Dokun Thompson Gureje.
Prince Olasowore commended the organisers for their collaboration and said promoting locally made products remains key to driving economic growth and global competitiveness. He reaffirmed the Chamber’s commitment to providing a strong platform for trade, investment, and industrial development through the fair.

In her remarks, Her Royal Majesty Queen Angelique-Monet Gureje-Thompson, the Yeyeluwa Olori of Eti-Oni, said the Eko Chocolate Show aims to build an international commercial hub that complements LCCI’s efforts. She added that the initiative will support Nigeria’s goal of giving local brands greater global visibility and value.
