The Federal Government has declared Friday, April 3, and Monday, April 6, as public holidays to mark this year’s Easter celebration. The move gives Nigerians an extended break to observe the religious festival and spend time with family.
The Minister of Interior, Dr. Olubunmi Tunji-Ojo, made the announcement on behalf of the government and congratulated Christians across the country and in the diaspora on the occasion. He encouraged citizens to reflect the values of selflessness, forgiveness, and love in their daily lives.
