Chelsea FC will visit Nigeria for the first time in its history this May, as part of its global fan engagement initiative, The Famous CFC. The club says Lagos will host the penultimate stop of its 2025 to 2026 international tour aimed at strengthening ties with supporters.
Former winger Victor Moses is expected to headline the Lagos event, where he will engage fans through activities including a question-and-answer session and a watch party. Supporters will also have opportunities to win signed club merchandise.
The club described Lagos as a vibrant football city, highlighting Nigeria as one of its largest global fan bases. Chelsea’s popularity in the country has been driven by past successes and the contributions of Nigerian players.
