Femi Falana, Falz Join Lagos Protest, Demand Action On Insecurity And Hardship

Nigerian rapper and actor, Folarin Falana, popularly known as Falz, has joined protesters in Lagos calling for urgent action on worsening insecurity, economic hardship and poor governance. The demonstration took place at the Ikeja Underbridge on Democracy Day, with participants carrying placards demanding an end to kidnapping, killings and other forms of violence across the country.

Falz, who was accompanied by his father, human rights lawyer Femi Falana, said many Nigerians are frustrated by the security situation, especially students and young people. He called for stronger political will to address insecurity, noting that violence and kidnappings have become widespread across several states, including Kaduna, Borno, Oyo and Kwara.
