Argentina Books Spot In FIFA World Cup Final

Argentina yesterday booked its spot in the Final of the 2022 World Cup in Qatar after recording a 3-o victory over Croatia.

Paris Saint Germaine forward, Lionel Messi broke the deadlock of the game in the 34th minute after converting from the penalty spot after Croatian keeper Dominik Livakovic brought down his teammate and Manchester City forward Julian Alvarez.

The Argentines quickly doubled their lead five minutes later with Alvarez bouncing on Lionel Messi’s header. Alvarez also scored the third in the second half of the game after tapping another Messi’s pass.

The Argentine will now await their opponent in today’s game where 2018 champions France face Morrocco.
