Grammy-winning Afro-fusion singer Damini Ogulu popularly known as Burna Boy has clarified insinuations about his net worth.
During a recent interview with Apple Music’s Zane Lowe, Burna Boy was asked if Google is correct about his net worth being $22 million. In response, the singer said he is comfortable with the idea of people believing that his actual net worth is the said figure.
However, when pressed further by Lowe regarding the accuracy of the figure, the 31-year-old said “they are way off” — implying it is not correct.

The self-proclaimed African Giant added that he is happy to be able to take care of his family’s financial needs.
Burna Boy also talked about the inspiration behind ‘I Told Them’, his anticipated album. The 15-track music project is set to be released tomorrow, `August 25.
The singer earlier stirred up a hornet’s nest after he argued that “Afrobeats lacks substance“.
