Music producer ID Cabasa has criticised the federal government over rising insecurity and repeated attacks across Nigeria. In a video shared on Instagram, the entertainer said many Nigerians had become used to violence and killings because of the persistent wave of attacks.
Cabasa accused Nigerians of politicising and ethnicising discussions around insecurity instead of speaking with one voice against the crisis. He said citizens now feel unsafe, especially parents sending their children to school, while victims of attacks continue to suffer without justice.

The producer also questioned the government’s response to terrorism and banditry, saying authorities appeared helpless in the face of growing violence. He criticised the rehabilitation of repentant terrorists and called for stronger action against those responsible for attacks.
