Among those rescued were seven women and three children aged seven, five, and two. All are currently receiving medical attention and psychological support.
Initial investigations suggest the victims were abducted from various parts of Lagos to be exploited in the illicit scheme.
Police say the suspects have confessed and remain in custody as the investigation continues. Authorities have assured that charges will follow in due course.
