Man City, Arsenal Draw As Liverpool Reclaims Top Spot In EPL

Manchester City and Arsenal played a goalless draw in their encounter at the Etihad Stadium in Sunday’s English Premier League match.

Manchester City fielded Kevin de Bruyne, Rodri and Erling Haaland but both Kyle Walker and John Stones were absent due to injury. Gabriel Jesus also led the Gunner’s attack against his former club, with Bukayo Saka also in from the start.

The hosts dominated possession from the start, but Arsenal had the better opportunities to take the lead, with Jesus testing the goalkeeper before hitting another shot wide.

The draw ends Arsenal’s eight-match winning streak, as they dropped to second place on 65 points, two points behind leaders Liverpool, while Man City’s unbeaten run extends to 14 matches.
