Elon Musk has launched a petition drive in Wisconsin, offering cash incentives to voters who sign against what he describes as “activist judges.”
The tech billionaire, a major donor to former President Donald Trump, is backing the initiative through *America PAC*, his political action committee. The group is offering $100 to registered voters who sign the petition and an additional $100 for each referral.

Musk shared the petition on X, urging opposition to judges who, he claims, “rewrite laws to fit their agendas.” *America PAC* is also supporting conservative candidate Brad Schimel in Wisconsin’s Supreme Court race.
The Justice Department has raised concerns over possible legal violations, as federal law prohibits financial incentives related to voter registration.
