The National Agency for Food and Drug Administration and Control, NAFDAC, has apprehended a Mr. Pius Effiong Eyoh, the owner of Pasco Global Limited, for manufacturing, packaging, distributing, and selling a range of substandard and counterfeit cosmetic products.
In a statement on its X handle, NAFDAC says some of the substandard products illegally produced by the company included items like Skin Balance Perfect Knuckle Organic Peel Therapy and Golden Face Triple Action Concentrated Perfect Skin.

NAFDAC has sealed off the counterfeiting premises at the Balogun Trade Fair Gate, Trade Fair Complex, in Lagos, while the substandard products have been scheduled to be destroyed.
