Nigeria’s male cricket national team “The Yellow Greens” are set to vie for the top-two spots as the African qualifiers for the 2024 ICC T20 World Cup gets underway today in Namibia.
The Yellow Greens arrived in Windhoek and are set to begin their campaign for a first appearance at the T20 World Cup and will compete against Kenya, Tanzania, Namibia, Rwanda, Uganda and Zimbabwe beginning from November 23 to 30.

Nigeria’s opening match will be against Kenya on Thursday, before facing Rwanda in their second game on Friday, and on Sunday take on Tanzania.
The 2024 men’s T20 World Cup is billed for the USA and West Indies from June 4 to 30 with the top-two teams from Africa joining other countries at the World Cup.
