At least one Palestinian has been killed and two others injured in Israeli attacks in southern Gaza, according to Wafa and a medical source. A man was killed on Wednesday in the Qizan an-Najjar area south of Khan Younis, while a woman and her child were gravely wounded earlier in a drone strike on Bani Suheila.
Gaza’s Government Media Office says the incidents form part of nearly 400 Israeli violations recorded since the United States-brokered ceasefire came into force on 10 October. It has called on President Donald Trump, mediating countries and the UN Security Council to act to halt the attacks and ensure adherence to the ceasefire and humanitarian protocol.

Humanitarian conditions in Gaza remain severe despite commitments to increase aid deliveries under the ceasefire. UN officials say residents continue to face disease, displacement and rising food prices, while access to clean water, shelter and supplies remains limited. The UN warns that the onset of winter will worsen the crisis unless crossings are opened and aid delivery improves.
