Osimhen To Play Against South Africa

Super Eagles striker, Victor Osimhen, has been cleared to play in the semi-final clash against South Africa.

Nigeria will take on South Africa by 6pm on Wednesday in the ongoing Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON).

The Super Eagles flew to Bouake on Monday ahead of the fixture, but the reigning African Player of the Year stayed behind in Abidjan with members of the medical team.

Osimhen has since returned to regular training on Tuesday after a short period of rehabilitation.

His inclusion in the line up was confirmed in a post on the Super Eagles’ official X page.
