Human Rights Lawyer, Mr Femi Falana, has advised the Department of State Security Service, SSS, to release the Chairman of Ijebu East Local Government in Ogun State, Mr. Wale Adedayo.
He advised the Ogun state governor, Mr. Dapo Abiodun, to sue for libel if he is dissatisfied with Mr Adedayo’s accusations against him.

Last week, the Chairman accused Governor Abiodun of diverting the statutory allocations of the 20 local governments in the State.
Shortly after that, the Council boss was invited by the Ogun State Command of the SSS where he was asked to respond to the petition submitted by the State Government.
