President Bola Tinubu has congratulated President-Elect Bassirou Faye on his election as the President of the Republic of Senegal.
In a statement on Wednesday in Abuja, Ajuri Ngelale, the Special Adviser to the President on Media and Publicity, said President Tinubu believes that the election of Faye comes with great promise and a sterling record.

The President wished him success as he takes on the job of leading the people of Senegal.
President Buhari also congratulated President Macky Sall for overseeing the election which has been widely adjudged as peaceful and transparent.
