Renowned gospel musician, Mercy Chinwo, has accused her former manager, Ezekiel Onyedikachi, popularly known as EeZee Tee, of issuing threats against her life.
The allegations were made public on Tuesday afternoon through a video shared on Ms Chinwo’s Instagram page, which has since garnered widespread attention.
The claims come just two weeks after Ms Chinwo initiated legal proceedings against EeZee Tee, the founder of her former record label, EeZee Conceptz. She alleges that he diverted $345,000 in royalties owed to her.

In response to the lawsuit, the Federal High Court in Lagos issued an arrest warrant, directing the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission to secure EeZee Tee’s appearance in court.
EeZee Tee, however, has denied the accusations. In a statement posted on his Instagram account, he described Ms Chinwo’s claims as false and questioned the integrity of her statements, citing her position as a gospel artist.
