Charly Boy has intervened in the online dispute between singers Wizkid and Seun Kuti, saying comparisons are unnecessary. The feud started after Wizkid claimed he is greater than Fela, prompting a sharp response from Seun Kuti.
In a post on his X handle, the 75-year-old entertainer acknowledged both artists’ achievements but stressed that their impacts differ. He noted that Wizkid’s music is designed to entertain and evoke joy, while Fela’s work was rooted in social consciousness and aimed to challenge societal issues.
