A truck conveying a 40ft container fell on a car along the Cement bus stop inward Dopemu area of Lagos State yesterday evening.
No casualty was recorded as no one was in the car when the accident happened.
Taofiq Adebayo, the spokesperson of the Lagos State Traffic Management Authority, said the incident was caused by brake failure.

The driver of the truck lost control and the container fell on the car which was parked by the roadside.
Mr Taofiq disclosed that the LASTMA General Manager, Bolaji Oreagba, recently had a meeting with the association of truck drivers where he told them to put their vehicles in good shape before embarking on any journey.
