The Ilubirin Enclave, a joint venture between the state and First Investment Development Company, is expected to yield up to 3,000 homes when fully completed.
FIDC’s Managing Director, Adebisi Adebutu, confirmed the timeline and highlighted major engineering works, including sand-filling below-sea-level areas to prevent flooding.
Akinderu-Fatai said the project aligns with the state’s THEMES Plus agenda and complements ongoing low-cost housing schemes across Lagos.
