President Bola Tinubu has arrived in Awka for his first official visit to Anambra State. He touched down at the Chinua Achebe International Airport around 12:15pm on Thursday and was received by Governor Chukwuma Soludo.
The President is in the state to inaugurate Anambra’s first-ever Government House—more than 30 years after the state’s creation. The new complex, situated on nearly eight hectares of land, is described by state officials as the largest and greenest in Nigeria.
