President Tinubu Urges Nigerians to Persevere, Says Toughest Days Are Over

President Bola Tinubu has acknowledged Nigeria’s ongoing challenges but urged citizens to remain hopeful, saying the nation is on the cusp of recovery.

In his Eid-el-Kabir message released Thursday, the President reflected on the symbolic meaning of the season, calling on Nigerians to embody values of sacrifice, compassion, and resilience.

While admitting the country is not yet where it aims to be, the President reassured Nigerians that his administration’s reforms are gaining traction, with key economic indicators now showing signs of improvement.

He praised the patience and perseverance of citizens and reaffirmed his government’s commitment to long-term solutions over quick fixes, stating that current efforts are focused on laying a solid foundation for sustainable development.
