Nollywood star and filmmaker Funke Akindele has described her recent stint in Nigerian politics as a transformative chapter that reshaped her perspective on leadership and national development.
Appearing on a live talk show, the actress, who served as the deputy governorship candidate for Lagos State under the opposition People’s Democratic Party during the 2023 elections, spoke candidly about the demands of public life and the lessons drawn from the campaign trail.
