Four persons suspected to be Boko Haram terrorists have been arrested for allegedly plotting to attack the residence of former Vice-President Atiku Abubakar in Yola, Adamawa State.

A 29-year-old male suspect, Jubrila Mohammed, who confessed to being a member of the terror group, was first arrested at the gate of the former Vice-President’s residence while trying to carry out the attack at about 9pm on Sunday.

Following his arrest, three other persons suspected to be his accomplices were also nabbed.
