The manager of Grammy-winning Nigerian singer Tems has dismissed reports of a planned collaboration between the artiste and rappers Odumodublvck and Blaqbonez. Muyiwa Awoniyi said there was never any intention to record music together.
Speculation began after Odumodublvck shared an old video on social media showing himself, Blaqbonez and Tems together in a recording studio, with Awoniyi also present. The clip went viral, prompting fans to suggest that a joint project was underway.
Responding on his X page, Awoniyi said the meeting was simply a technician session and that Tems had only visited the studio casually. He added that she had come by to spend time with them and asked fans not to draw conclusions from the video.
