Wikki Tourists of Bauchi and Barau FC of Kano have qualified for the Nigeria National League, NNL, Super 8 playoffs following the end of the Northern Conference fixtures.
Wikki sealed their place with a commanding 4–1 win over Zamfara United in Bauchi. Jonathan Mairiga netted a first-half brace and completed his hat-trick in the 52nd minute, while Mentaka Bangs added a fourth. Zamfara’s Abba Musa scored a late consolation.

In Jos, Barau FC played out a goalless draw against Mighty Jets to confirm their spot.
Wikki coach Abdul Maikaba said the club is on course to return to the top flight, praising his squad’s quality and ambition.
Yobe Desert Stars and Doma United remain in contention for the remaining two northern slots.
In the South, Kun Khalifat and Warri Wolves are favourites to join the playoff race.
