A federal high court in Abuja has dismissed a suit seeking the removal of the national chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Abdullahi Umar Ganduje.

In the judgement delivered by the presiding judge, Justice Inyang Ekwo, held that the suit was premature and the issues raised were within the purview of the internal affairs of the political party.
