Kaduna State Governor Uba Sani, through his Commissioner for Justice, Sule Shuaibu, commended the DSS for its successes during a visit to the service’s headquarters in Kaduna on Sunday.

Security officials confirmed that a serving security officer from neighbouring Zamfara State was among those arrested. He allegedly confessed to stealing ammunition intended for anti-bandit operations and selling it to criminal groups. At the time of his arrest, he was reportedly found in possession of 217 rounds of assorted ammunition, which he planned to sell for N4 million.
