The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, says it has arrested former Minister of Power, Saleh Mamman, in Kaduna State.
The chairman of the anti-graft agency, Ola Olukoyede, disclosed this on Tuesday during a press briefing at the EFCC headquarters in Abuja. He said Mamman was arrested at about 3:30 am in the Rigasa area of Kaduna.
According to the EFCC chairman, the former minister had remained in hiding after being sentenced to 75 years’ imprisonment.

The commission has not yet released further details surrounding the arrest or the circumstances of his detention.
