At least 11 people have been killed and 15 others injured in Israeli air strikes on eastern Lebanon, according to Lebanon’s health ministry.
The attacks hit the village of Mashghara in the Bekaa Valley late on Monday, amid intensified Israeli military operations across Lebanon, the state-run National News Agency reported.
The Israeli military said it struck more than 100 Hezbollah infrastructure sites and fighters across the Bekaa Valley and southern Lebanon. It said the operations followed an order to intensify strikes against Hezbollah positions.

The escalation comes as a US-brokered ceasefire continues to come under strain, with reports of ongoing bombardments and displacement orders in several southern Lebanese towns.
