Social media influencer Blessing Okoro Nkiruka, known as Blessing CEO, has returned to Instagram weeks after deactivating her account amid controversy over a disputed breast cancer claim.
The controversy began in January when she announced she had stage four breast cancer and shared a medical report while soliciting financial support, but Xinus Medical Diagnostics later alleged the report was altered and belonged to another patient, Deborah Mbara.
Mbara’s family subsequently petitioned the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, accusing Blessing CEO of forgery, cyberbullying, and defrauding the public of over 300 million naira, prompting calls for investigation by the Nigerian Cancer Society.

Following her return to social media, checks show she has deleted all posts related to the cancer claim, while retaining a single post advising women on breast health.
