In a statement signed by the Group Chief Branding and Communications Officer, Anthony Chiejina, the company said the move was aimed at easing pressure on consumers and supporting broader efforts to stabilise Nigeria’s economy.

The refinery, which is viewed as central to the country’s push for fuel self-sufficiency, said its pricing approach reflects a long-term commitment to affordability, reliability, and sustainability.
While global benchmarks have seen wild swings in recent months, Dangote’s management insists operational efficiency has enabled it to shield domestic fuel prices from further hikes.
