I Have Evidences Of Mutilation, Overvoting in 17 LGAs In Kogi Says Dino Melaye

The candidate of the People’s Democratic Party, PDP, Senator Dino Melaye, has alleged that there were cases of mutilation, overvoting, and suppression of voters in the November 11 governorship election in Kogi State.

Senator Melaye, who was speaking in an interview on Channels Television’s Politics Today on Monday, called for the cancellation of the elections in five Local Government Areas of Kogi State.

Taking to his verified Twitter account (now X platform) earlier, he listed Okene, Okehi, Ajaokuta, Adavi, and Ogori/Mangogo as local government areas where, in his own words, he says the ‘scams are coordinated’.

Despite claims that he did not vote during the Saturday poll, the PDP governorship flag bearer argues that it does not matter in the scheme of things.
