The Israeli military has intensified its bombardment of the Gaza Strip, resulting in the deaths of dozens of individuals, primarily in the northern region.
Reports indicate that at least 33 people were killed in airstrikes across the enclave, with significant casualties in Beit Lahiya, Gaza City, central areas, and Khan Younis.
In a particularly alarming development, Israeli jets and drones targeted the Kamal Adwan Hospital’s children’s ward, injuring medical staff and patients.
Eid Sabbah, the hospital’s nursing director, reported damage to the upper floors and injuries to both children and newborns. He noted that this marked the second consecutive day the hospital had been struck by Israeli fire, highlighting the escalating crisis in the region.
