The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board has released the results of the 2026 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination conducted on April 17 and 18. The announcement was confirmed on Sunday by the board’s spokesperson, Fabian Benjamin.
Fabian Benjamin said a total of 1,264,940 results from the two examination days are now available for candidates to check. He advised candidates to access their results by sending UTMERESULT to 55019 or 66019 using the phone number used during registration.
The spokesperson added that the board had earlier released 632,752 results from the April 16 examination. This brings the total number of results released so far to 1,897,692.

The release follows concerns from candidates over delays, after an earlier assurance that the results would be available before midnight on Saturday was not met. Fabian Benjamin later apologised and explained that the delay was due to the unavailability of the Chief Executive, assuring that the results would be released before the end of Sunday.
