Napoli and Nigerian striker Victor Osimhen have firmly turned down a €70 million offer from Saudi side Al Hilal, according to reports from Italy.
The proposal—€65 million upfront with €5 million in add-ons—fell short of the €75 million release clause in Osimhen’s contract, prompting an immediate rejection from the Serie A club.

Crucially, Osimhen himself declined the personal terms on offer, which reportedly included a staggering €26 million annual salary. Sources close to the 26-year-old suggest that, despite the financial lure, the forward is unwilling to leave European football at this stage.
The rejection sends a strong signal from both player and club, who remain aligned in their stance that no cut-price departures will be entertained.
With interest from top European sides continuing to mount, Napoli are expected to hold firm on valuation as Osimhen weighs up his next move. For now, Saudi riches are not enough.
